Legal Framework
These terms outline the governance of engineering services and infrastructure development provided by COMENG Group.
By engaging COMENG Group for engineering, telecommunications, renewable energy, or infrastructure services, clients acknowledge these service terms and applicable project agreements.
Services may include telecom network delivery, power systems, fibre optic deployment, tower construction, civil works, technical audits, outsourcing, maintenance, and related consulting.
Clients are responsible for accurate project information, timely approvals, site access, safety coordination, and payment obligations defined in the relevant proposal or contract.
Technical drawings, proposals, methodologies, documentation, and project materials remain subject to agreed ownership, confidentiality, licensing, and permitted-use terms.
Liability is governed by the applicable project contract. COMENG Group is not responsible for indirect losses except where required by governing law.
Project Agreement
Contract-specific liability, remedies, and limitations are defined in the applicable signed project agreement.
Project terms are governed by the laws and dispute-resolution provisions stated in the relevant contract, with regional operations including Zambia and Zimbabwe.
